Profile Summary
Dr. Royd Malisase is a lecturer of Government and Management Studies from the School Humanities and Social Sciences in the Department of Government and Management Studies at the University of Zambia. He is the coordinator for all postgraduate programs in the Department. He is the founding member of the Association for Public Administration in Zambia (APAZ).
