1. Assess the role of women in the liberation struggle in Southern Africa
2. Constitution-making in Zambia
3. Effectiveness and efficiency of governance oversight institutions
4. Elections processes and management
5. Decentralisation policy and implementation process
6. Functions and authority of traditional leadership under legal system
7. Opinion polls on topical issues in governance, democracy and national development
