1st June 2015-present Head Agricultural Engineering Department 1 Nov 2012 –June 2015 Assistant Dean Postgraduate school of Engineering July 1996 - present Lecturer in the department of Agricultural Engineering, University of Zambia, Lusaka, Zambia. I have been involved in giving lectures in Farm Machinery Design (EA 412) to the final year students and Farm Machinery and Power (EA311) to the third year students and workshop technology to the school of engineering students (Eg 211). I have also supervised students in their undergraduate project work EA 590 1991 - 1993 Department of Agricultural Engineering University of Zambia, Lusaka, Zambia, Staff Development Fellow. My duties were conducting tutorials in Mechanical Engineering Drawing and Farm Machinery Design area.

  3. Coauthored a paper presented at the International Conference On Agricultural Engineering Curriculum and Employment Profile- University of Zambia, Lusaka, Zambia, 28th –30 June 1999. The title of the paper was Comparison of the Structure of Agricultural Engineering Programmes and Curricula at Selected Colleges and Universities in the East and Southern Africa Sub-Region, co-authored by Chimangeni Kamanga and Chileshe Joseph Mwape.
  4. Presented a paper at the first ERB conference held at the intercontinental hotel in Lusaka on the 12th and 13th November 1999. The title of the paper was Agriculture Mechanization in Zambia as It Approaches The 21st Century by Chileshe Joseph Mwape.
