Biography
He holds a Ph.D in Economics and Management of Education with massive experience and networked locally and globally. He has authored a number of Journal articles and chapters in various educational publications. He is the author of the current book used in most of the universities and colleges in Zambia: Education in Zambia at Fifty Years of Independence and Beyond. He is currently the Chief Editor for the Zambian Journal of Educational Management, Administration and Leadership (ZJEMAL)
