Master of Mineral Sciences in Metallurgy and Mineral Processing (Research)

This programme is intended to provide specialist training in mineral processing, extraction and in industrial application of metallurgy, foundry technology and metal working. Three main group course areas will thus form part of the programme and will be known as:

Applicants for the above (c and i) must possess

(i) A Bachelors of Mineral Science degree with a merit or better from the University of Zambia or its equivalent from any recognized University;

(ii) Alternative Criteria: In special circumstances, candidates in possession of bachelor’s degree with credit and at least 2 years relevant work experience may be considered.
