Biography

Moonga Hangoma Mumba PhD, is a qualified and experienced academic with more than 20 years of a proven track record in teaching, research and consultancy. He is the immediate past Head of the Department of Development Studies at the University of Zambia (served for 8 years). He has widely consulted with international organizations such as the EU, OECD, UNDP, ILO, UNICEF, WFP, GIZ, DANIDA, DfID, USAID and ADB among others. He is also an International Accredited Master Trainer for the TRANSFORM Social Protection learning package under ILO.
